The GJET is a complete textile print solution that offers simple operation and a high grade of flexibility. Its high performance print head allows higher production speeds than previous direct print solutions.
The specialized textile inks can be used to print directly on cotton and other textile fabrics. After printing, the ink is fixed using a simple heat press or a drying tunnel. For standard production the GJET comes equipped with a large 42cmx60cm plate for T-Shirts. Other plates for different sizes and products are available as an option.
Depending on your application, the machine can be equipped with different ink configurations.
For the highest production speed on white and light coloured garments, the machine is equipped with 2xCMYK. Using CMYK and 4xWhite the machine offers the highest flexibility allowing you also to print on dark garments.
The complete solution includes a software RIP for Windows which allows you to simplify the production with integrated ICC profiles, flexible printer control and an intuitive user interface. The RIP works with most raster and vector files used in the industry. Images can be scaled and positioned directly in the software without the need of a separate application.
